A Python data pipeline using the FastF1 API to analyze lap telemetry and generate 2D spatial track heatmaps.

  • Lap Telemetry Traces: Side-by-side analysis of Speed, Throttle %, Brake pressure, and Gear usage.
  • 2D Track Heatmaps: Renders circuit layouts using GPS coordinates with a continuous speed colormap (plasma).
  • Local Caching: Integrated FastF1 file caching to minimize API fetch times on repeat runs.

⚡ STM32 Custom Breakout & Development Board

A custom 2-layer PCB designed around the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller, featuring on-board power regulation, USB connectivity, SWD debugging, and broken-out bus interfaces.

  • Peripheral Breakout Headers: Dedicated pins for USART, CAN Bus, and I2C (with pull-up resistors) for rapid prototyping.
  • Power & Regulation: On-board LDO regulator (5V to 3.3V) with decoupling networks and USB ESD protection.
  • Debugging & Flashing: Integrated SWD (Serial Wire Debug) header and boot mode configuration switch.
  • Status & Design: Power LED indicator, user-programmable LED, engineered using KiCad 8.0.

⚡ STM32 Reverse Osmosis Controller (ROC) Board

A custom industrial 2-layer PCB designed around the STM32G0F6Px microcontroller, featuring an integrated 24V-to-3.3V step-down buck converter, low-side MOSFET drivers, and hardware-conditioned sensor inputs for automated RO system management.

  • Actuator Control (Low-Side Drivers): Dedicated MOSFET outputs with flyback protection for high-pressure booster pump, inlet solenoid, and flush solenoid switching.
  • Power & Conversion: On-board 24V to 3.3V high-efficiency buck converter switching regulator supplying system logic and sensors.
  • Conditioned Sensor Inputs: RC-filtered voltage divider stages for high/low pressure switches and integrated TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) probe monitoring.
  • Debugging & Hardware Design: Accessible 4-pin SWD header for flashing/debugging, bottom-side silkscreen polarity labeling, engineered using KiCad 10.0.
